Muhammad al-Psylli is a Prophet of the prehistoric (Pagan) gods and goddesses of North Africa, and he's been tortured in Israeli and American prisons, accused of being a "terrorist".
The goddess Archangel Ji'brail (Gabriel) breaks him out of the terrible dungeon, where he's been languishing, forgotten, for many years; and She forces Col. Muammar al-Qathafi in Tripoli to help effect Muhammad's release. Set in the beginning of the 'Arab Spring' in early 2011, the play thus follows Qathafi's downfall and murder at the hands of his oppressed people, with the help of Ji'brail, and other Desert Djinn deities.
Muhammad assumes the immortal status of Osiris, and Ji'brail is Isis, thus reinstating the proper pre-Islamic cosmogony of Africa.
Author's Notes: I lived in Libya for 3 years, at Tripoli, on the Mediterranean Sea.
