CARCER VIA: AN INMATES GUIDE TO THE CRAFT
Carcer Via: An Inmates Guide to the Craft

Author: Joseph Merlin Nichter

Publisher: Mill Creek Seminary

Category: Witchcraft, Wicca Level: All
For over three years I have served as a Minority Faith Chaplain for the California Department of Corrections and the Department of Mental Health. I have provided Wiccan religious services and assisted in religious accommodations for both Pagan traditions as well as various other faiths.
While I am blessed with a lifestyle that allows me to volunteer on a weekly basis, I am limited to only a few correctional facilities in my immediate area. This book is written in an effort to reach those whom lay beyond the limits of my boundaries and realm of my scope.
Carcer Via is a non-profit community service project of Mill Creek seminary. All revenue generated by the sale of this book pays for inmates to receive FREE Copies. Every single book sold pays for two copies to be sent to inmates, including shipping and handling.
"With Carcer Via: An Inmates’ Guide to the Craft, Rev. Nichter expands this Old Religion renaissance by bringing a well-developed yet original Book of Shadows to those in need of it . . . those who are incarcerated..." -Raymond Buckland
"The secret to successful Witchcraft is not merely obtaining secret knowledge, but applying that knowledge properly. We must take up the tools of our trade and break ground; we must toil in the fields of our spirituality if we are to reap the fruits of personal growth. Through the divine union of the physical and mystical realms, we must strive to achieve and maintain a spiritual equilibrium; to purge our impurities, to strengthen our weaknesses, to chip away the undesired pieces of ourselves that obstruct our transcendence. This is the “Veritas Opus, ” the true work." -Joseph Merlin Nichter
Author's Notes: Joseph Merlin Nichter is a hereditary Pagan, Wiccan priest and founder of the Mill Creek Tradition and Seminary. He has studied and practiced various indigenous and European traditions most of his life. As the first state-recognized Minority Faith Chaplain, Joseph provides Pagan religious services and assists with minority faith religious accommodations for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation; he has also served as instructor for Introduction to Earth-centered Religions, a course offered through the California Department of Mental Health. Joseph lives in Central California with his wife and four children, where he continues to actively serve his community.
