The Untold Story of the Founder of the Feri Tradition
In Mari's Bower: A Biography of Victor H. Anderson

Author: Cora Anderson

Publisher: Harpy Books

Category: Biography Level: All
Following her husband's passing in 2001, Cora Anderson dictated a biography of him that chronicled his early life in New Mexico and Oregon. Sharing personal stories about Victor's family, upbringing, and spiritual development, this volume also includes questions and answers that students posed to Cora about her husband, and her surprisingly candid replies. This volume explores Victor's roots in pre-Gardnerian Witchcraft, American folk magic, and mysticism--what ultimately became the Feri Tradition. Also included are "Feri Proverbs" that Cora and students collected from Victor during their many years together, plus rare letters that Victor wrote that address his beliefs and values.
