Originally a rewrite of Real Magic for FRP gamers, the book now discusses the major innovations in game magic theory that have developed over the last ten years, especially the GURPS® and the Magic: The Gathering® systems, as well as a great deal of polytheological materials on magic and religion not included in Real Magic.
Authentic Thaumaturgy has had a profound effect on the FRP community and is a favorite of many Dungeon Masters (game referees) and players.
