They who possess an ear, let them hear
Witches Revelation

Author: Timothy Gibbons

Publisher: CreateSpace

Category: Action Adventure/Young Adult Level: Beginner
We have known for centuries that the end of the age is coming. And now the question must be asked:
What if everything we know about the Book of Revelation, is wrong?
"It is a war spanning eons of time. Beginning with the loss of Eden it raged as the race of man fought for freedom from religious tyrants. From the battle ravaged streets of Atlantis, to the days of Christ and into our modern age, the war has raged.
"Now the struggle continues into the near future, centered upon an unlikely hero: Ariel Davik, a sixteen year old orphan in a world decimated by plague. Forced from her home after it is destroyed, she suddenly finds herself thrust into this ancient war.
"Aided by an Army sniper, a Marine pilot and a mysterious witch from the Thunder Clan, she begins her journey through the Shadow Lands to discover the truth behind the Revelation of Christ and her own destiny as the daughter of Lilith, the first savior of mankind."
They who possess an ear, let them hear.
Author's Notes: Essentially, 'Witches Revelation', is a pagan interpretation of the Book of Revelation. Set as an action adventure novel, the book follows the exploits of the primary characters while drawing parallels between the Tarot and the Revelation of Christ.
Beginning on the quiet streets of ancient Jerusalem, the book fast forwards to the near future where the world as we know it has been decimated by a virulent plague. In the midst of this chaos various fanatical religious factions have begun to rise to power and are now beginning a systematic execution of all who don't believe as they do.
For a reasons unknown to her, young Ariel Davik has been targeted by one of these factions; the Coalition of the Righteous Majority (CRM) . However, she is not alone in this fight. Army sergeant Jonathan Omar Seir, a sniper and devote Muslim, Lieutenant Peter Wallace, a Marine pilot and general trouble maker, rescue Ariel from the clutches of the CRM. She is also aided by Aurora, a witch from the Thunder Clan and Hekat, the ancient goddess and protector of witches.
Ariel also interacts with members of the Angelic Host including, Uriel, Michael, Gabrielle (yes, she is a woman in this story) , Raphael and Azrael the Archangel of Death. Of these she spends the most time with Uriel, the Guardian of Eden, who takes her on a journey through the ruins of Atlantis and the Tower of Babel.
"Question with boldness, even the existence of God." -Thomas Jefferson
Where To Buy: Currently the book is available on Amazon.com. As it has just recently been released I am unsure if it is in book stores yet.
