The gods and goddesses in Mecca are in a crisis over the lapses of Faith in themselves and their Muslim people, and pray to the black goddess/Archangel Jibra'il (Gabriel) to find their modern prophet, the Prince of Libya. They don't know if he's alive or dead, after he had been a hero in the 1973 Yom Kippur War advocating non-violent opposition, and she must search for him in the prisons of Israel and America, where he has been held captive for years, accused of being a violent Jihad General.
But the Prince is a man of peace, and Jibra'il, with the blessings of the God/Goddess of 99 Names {in Egypt}, frees him through high spiritual and mystical magic from his captivity, after persuading Libya's tyrant Colonel Muammar al-Qathafi to also help Her.
The author has lived in Libya for many years and in 38 chapters (the book runs 288 pages) he explores the basis of many of the political and religious conflicts currently tormenting the beautiful North African nation on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea.
It is full of his characteristic humor as well, as the author of the underground cult classic 'The Powwow Highway' about his Cheyenne relatives - and which was made into a feature film by George Harrison - revealing the wonderful and funny Libyan people he knows so well.
