Does anyone know ANYTHING about this book?

Need some help: This copy of the Meaning of Witchcraft by G.B. Gardner is a bit of mystery and I'm hoping for some help.
Long and short, Gardner died in 1964 and most belongings and copy rights to his High Priestess, one Ms. Monique Wilson. Who also initiated Raymond and Mrs Buckland. Other prints of this book were done from '59 (1st Impression) 1971, 1982, and other more recent reprints.
I have a copy printed as a 3 Impression in 1976 and I can't find any documentation what so ever to suggest that it even exists. Not in Great Britain, not in the Library of Congress, nowhere.
It does have a copyright seal with Ms. Wilson's name. It has 2 ISBN numbers that don't match to the correct books, and has Eliphas Levi's original drawing and cover of his1855 book "Dogme de la Haute Magie", with Baphomet.
Book seems to be exactly like other versions, give or take the lack of bibliography, the cover, and the added copyright. I'm no expert but the book seems to be in tact, the binding solid, (not glued on, etc) . Publisher is listed as Weiser of New York, printed by a company in Surrey that's been out of business since 1980.
I'm at a loss and my ears are wide open for any information that might be out there?? Curiosity is getting best of my patience. Thanks! Verity
