Very ordinary young woman's life becomes magical, extraordinary
All The Elements

Author: Patricia A. Leslie

Publisher: CreateSpace

Category: urban paranormal romance novella Level: All
It's 1970. The San Francisco Bay Area. Jane is twenty, and so far, everything about her life has been pretty disappointing. Now she is living with two of the worst housemates ever. But alone in the house one rainy Saturday, something strange happens. Jane's reaction is as impulsive as Alice's plunge down the rabbit hole; the change in her world is just as irreversible. But this adventure quickly turns both sensuous and sinister. An innocent suddenly dancing on the edge of a new reality, Jane can only hope that her trust in the one she meets, is not misplaced.
This novella incorporates the same other-side-of-the Veil cosmology (based on a fusion of authentic Celtic folklore, and the author's own metaphysical understanding) , that underlie her novel, "The Ballad of Young Tam Lin" and its sequels. Once again, as in "Tam Lin, " the romance crosses the Veil, bringing together a mortal and a being of another order of existence. The author incorporates an assortment of people, places and experiences from her own past, adding imaginative paranormal elements, to create a short, captivating tale which shifts smoothly back and forth between funny and creepy, sexy and melancholy.
ALL THE ELEMENTS is available now in trade paperback format, through the CreateSpace link (click "Go to Website" on this site; there is a link from the Tam Lin page to the Elements page.) Cover price $5; use this code for a $1 discount: NKX74PBX
