Thank you for taking the time to check out my 1st published book!
It is a passionate, magickal fantasy that I began writing so very long ago, about a new writer that moves back to the mountainous northeast with his wife.
He encounters a spirit that has passed over, and they touch upon many issues that they feel hold us down~ and back.
Issues that many of us feel so very strongly about. Feelings that as long as we harm none, we should be as we are~ not as others deem we should be.
At times very controversial, often so passionate~ as well as quite captivating, it flows along as the words came to be.
Touched by the backdrop of the equally captivating woodlands of extremely rural Upstate New York; the honest, down-to-earth country people, and the newly discovered financial freedom that the newly discovered writer and his wife had searched for all of their lives.
This fantasy was part of many different phases of my own life and consciousness. As the years passed slowly by, it "called" to me; as I knew that the started work awaited the knowledge that I was sure to attain, and in turn, grow from.
As I picked it back up from time to time, it was coloured by the days and experiences that had touched all that was.
Though I wanted so to be the writer that I so strived to be, there was no rushing this~ it would be completed when it was so intended to be.
Although this effort is fiction, it is also a manifestation of what we would like to see happen in our lives~
and it will.
I really believe this to be a "channeled" work, as much of what came out, I wondered "where did that come from~?", as many of the passages spilled forth. The writing is my own, as well as the powers that be, that I know have guided my hands.
The book is one that I feel is so very necessary, and that I was so guided to write, to stand up for what is right.
Even though I had edited, edited and edited, there still are areas where the verbiage and punctuation are "off", and I have come to understand that it is part of what came forth; possibly a lesson for me, as well as others, that all is not "perfect"~ it is "As it is."
