Left: The black cat is my cat, Scaredy Cat. Here she is napping with her sister, Bobby Cat. I adopted her from the local A.R.F shelter. She came as a very shy and frightened cat, and to this day her own shadow scares her. She always comes running to me for protection, and when she wants a treat :o) ~DevilishDreamer Center: I'm attaching a picture of Ivan and Honey, my traveling companions. A little over a year ago I began traveling the country to sell my beaded jewelry at pagan festivals/art shows. Ivan loves the road as much as I do. Honey hates (!) it, even after 10,000 miles. So, this year they are staying home... They're seen here in a calmer moment. ~ Skylar Bre'z Elemental Beadwork Right: Here's a pic of our kitten, Tigrah. She's only 2 weeks old - awww. ~Lori
Left: This is Corey's little "hellcat". I love her like myself (and perhaps a little more) and she's been with me for about 13 long years. We've been practicing Wicca for about 4 years now and have grown closer than ever before! Center: I sent in a picture of my kitten Aldebaran last month. He went in last week to be neutered and there was a stray in a cage at the vet's with a sign on the cage, "Please take me home." I couldn't resist...this little kitty spoke to my heart. He's been with me all of two days now and is already a part of the family. He and Aldie act like brothers, loving and snuggling all the time. His new name is Bastian, which means "magic" in Greek...it can only be described as magical how the Goddess brought this wonderful, loving sweetheart into my life and home. ~Gwynhyver Right: This is my Itty Bitty Kitty ( I named her that cause I had saved her from certain death from my neighbors dog, and she was very small. If the dog wasn't familiar with me I wouldn't have been able to get her out of the dog's mouth.) and she's my sweetheart. This picture is of her and her babies she had in May. They are trouble! But they are so cute and I love them all! ~Beltane Moon
Left: This is Sly, he is my familiar. He is 8 years old and knows my moods and knows when I need cheered up. He sleeps in the crook of my arm at night and is with me whenever I'm at home in the house. When I am in the shop out behind our house working. He sits in the bathroom window and watches for me till I come back inside. He is truly the most unique cat I have ever met. Thanks for reading my little tribute to the coolest cat ever! ~DreamWeaver or sometimes just plain old Karla will do : ) Center: This is Max. I am 15, I've been practicing for two years, although I am a hereditary witch. Max was with my family since I was 3. He passed on on December 28,1999. We got him when he was full grown, and he was at least twenty years old before he passed. He was my family's familiar, mostly my mother's. We always thought he was Merlin reincarnated. ~Taboobeare Right: This little fluffy black kitten sleeps on top of the Book of Shadows normally... we call her Inanna. ~Drea Penndragon
Left: This is Shadow, only "child" of our house, lounging in his royal bedchamber. He is 2 years old and slightly blind so we take very good care of him in exchange for the honor of petting him and rubbing his belly. ~Nepthys & Lionstar. Center: Please add my friend Ozz to your wonderful album of fuzzy friends. He is a very much loved and cherished member of Serridwenn and her husband's family. I submit to you a picture of his best side. He's a bit too impulsive and stubborn to be called my Familiar, but he does try to help me read the stones and frequently guards my altar by sleeping beneath it. ; ) ~Serridwenn Right: This is my familiar Salem...he is a wise one always full of surprises and ready to accompany me during ritual. My name is Tamela. And I am a hereditary High Priestess of a traditional craft.
Left: Hi, my name is Mara and I'd love to submit a picture of my kitty, Duke, who has been at my side every single night that I sit pouring through books on all forms of the craft. He also follows me on all of my hikes through the forest, and is true best friend. Center and Right along with next two: These are my babies...my pride and joy. Wally (black, gray, white and tan) is my oldest and by far my favorite. I took him from a friend when he was about 6 weeks old. Now, at almost 3 years, he's my best friend and he knows how to console me. Chase (gray Siamese mix) is my magickal kitty. When I moved to a strange town, he showed up at my door...meowing...and walked right on in and took over. When I moved home, he came with me. Now at 2 1/2 years, he watches out for me and the other cats. When I'm sick or scared...he's right there on top of me, literally. Oliver (orange tabby) is about a year old now. He's his own spirit. He talks a lot...and doesn't allow people to hold him or pet him. Piper (white kitten) is the baby...and the only girl in the house. I found her on the side of the road and out of 3 kittens, I was compelled to keep her. I feel connected to her. She and Chase are close and I kind of feel as though he's teaching her the basics of being protective and "special."
