The Cats
of WitchCraft

Yet, another Witchcraft myth dispelled!
Witches love their cats as well as all animals! We use this section of WitchVox to celebrate that fact.

End of an Era: We made the decision in Oct. of 2001 to stop accepting submissions for this section. Our point that Witch cats are safe and happy has been made hundreds of times over and we have amassed nearly 600 images that prove this claim conclusively. The Cats of Witchcraft continues to be popular and WILL stay up for your viewing pleasure.

    Conchobar and Isis

Left: I'm been a Solitary Wiccan for 3 years and I just adopted my new kitten "Azariel", my familiar  for ever....  ~Christina

Center: Here is my familiar Toulouse, He has been doing rituals with our family for 6 years.  He is always there to protect us from any negative or unwanted influences.  ~Victoria Broyles

Right: My name is Tannim, and these are the newest additions to my family. The white kitten is Conchobar, and the black cat is Isis. They were both adopted from kitten rescue organizations, and are just the most loveable friends anyone could ever ask for. ~Tannim

Cloud  Day  Clloud and Day taking a nap

Left: This is my honey, Cloud. Lounging in the sun as usual. She is very independent and playful. She loves to attack feet as you go by. Though she is not very cuddly (except when she is outside ::shrug::), I don't know what I would do without her around.
Center: This is my newest baby, her name is Day. She was born July 12, 2001, and is only 25 days old in the pic. She is very cuddly and just being around her could bring a smile to anyone's face. She has a very strange habit of always laying on her back, I guess she thinks it's comfy.
Right: Here are my babies together, taking a nap. Day seems to think that her big sister, Cloud, makes and good pillow. Cloud is the only cat I know that prefers the company of dogs to her own kind, but I think she is making an exception with this little girl.   ~Sylvercast1

Left: This is my cat China Girl Who still harbours a grudge over being named after a David Bowie song. Despite being a great chair warmer , her magickal contributions tend to be candle inscribing (chewing) and offering house-mice as sacrifices. She can be a little claw-happy, but I love her anyway. ~ShellGirlK

Center: This is my sweetheart, who can also be seen on my webpage, attached to my listing at WitchVox. She was my best friend for 5 months short of 20 years when she crossed over in July. I feel as though a piece of my soul is missing now and she can never be replaced. Maybe someday I will find another furperson who calls my name, but it won't be soon.  ~Wolfwomnnc

Right: Heres a picture of my beautiful Tao, shes a very sensitive soul and knows when I need comforting. ~Ceri Wales, UK

Left: This is a picture is of oscar, my baby kittie. i found him starving in my garage and took him in. he is now fat and plump.

Center: Here is a pic is of lil' one, my sister's kittie. She is the middle aged one and she was found in a trashbag by one of my mother's friends. she is a sweet and funny little thing, and the most lovey dovey in ritual. :)

Right: And here is a picture is of lil' man, my oldest kittie. I found him on my porch when it was snowing really hard 3 winters ago. His owners abandoned him. but he's safe now.  ~Kay, little miss green witch
