Website Profile: Ly de Angeles is an internationally recognised author winning awards for both her visionary fiction and film. She has a varied and highly successful back-ground producing and directing stage and street theatre; she conducts private consultations with up-and-coming authors/screenwriters and is a freelance editor.
Most widely known for her book Witchcraft Theory and Practice and Pagan Visions for a Sustainable Future co-edited with Emma Restall-Orr, head of the British Druid Order and fellow author, de Angeles was first published in 1987. She has had eleven books released worldwide to date. She has an international reputation as a psychic and visionary and she teaches and lectures on both these subjects.
De Angeles is an initiated witch and high priestess of the coven of Wildwood Gate (internationally)
De Angeles’ main area of interest over the past decades has been the history of the usurpation of indigenous people through invasion and subsequent colonisation (mainly since the Roman Empire) and the history and mythology of Ireland and Britain in particular. She is known to be very outspoken on matters pertaining to the sustainability and guardianship of earth and the rights of all species to self-determination.
