Website Profile: We feature the watercolor art of Diane Haynes, who specializes in Wiccan & Fairie Images. Her subject matter ranges from pieces that are deeply spiritual ( "Goddess Worship, " a lone witch raising her arms to a rising Full Moon) to those which reflect a more whimsical feeling ("Pit Stop, " a tiny outhouse, its door closed, a cloak hangs & broom leans against the side.) Or, "Mystic Pizza, " which shows two young witches practicing their levitation skills on their favorite pizza.
The common thread in this work is a positive Wiccan/Pagan theme throughout.
Many of our favorite images have been reproduced as postcards, notecards, prints, posters, magnets, art tiles & keychains.
We now have mugs & coasters!
And somewhere on the horizon-our own incense & soaps.
Diane has also had the honor of illustrating a CD cover, "Faerie Lore, " of National Recording Artist, Christopher Caouette. His fourth as yet untitled CD, is due out soon and Chris has asked Diane to illustrate that one as well. The new cover is about half finished and the CD will hopefully be introduced by Spring.
