Vegetarians of the Old Ways

Website Profile: This is a group for vegetarians who are followers of the "Old Ways, " including Pagans, Druids, Wiccans, and so on. The goal of this list is to assist one-another with being vegetarian in this mostly non-vegetarian society, especially as it applies to those of us on an Earth-based path.
Both "vegans" and "vegetarians" are welcome here (with neither being thought the "better" way) , as well as those who are trying to begin a vegetarian lifestyle. Discussions and ideas for new and innovative ways to prepare foods are welcome. One point of information - "vegetarian" is defined here as those who do not eat meat, poultry, fish, or any other animal life (but eggs and dairy are acceptable) .
This list is moderated by Hemlock Evergreen, a vegetarian for a few years now (and most assuredly still learning) , follower of a Celtic spiritual (and rather Druidic) path.
