Website Profile: Many Pagans have or would like to have a Pagan oriented web site. Unfortunately, many of the thousands of Pagan web sites on the Internet are less useful to readers because they are poorly designed and/or very hard to read. (For example: A black background makes even white text hard to read, but a black background with a dark text is almost impossible to read -- yet how many Pagan web sites have you seen with dark text on a dark background?)
You can spend a lot of money and hire someone to design your web site or you can learn to do it yourself. It's not that hard to do it yourself and do it well. This section of The Cauldron: A Pagan Forum's web site is devoted to articles about web sites and web design that will help you learn HTML, learn the right (and the wrong) way to design your site, and learn about hosting options and the other other nuts and bolts things that go into making a web site that people will want to visit again and again.
