Website Profile: As an artist, I feel the need to play with shapes, and especially, color. I have been painting and sculpting since I was a child. When I realized that I could blend candlemaking, for which I have a passion, with my art, I was thrilled.
For the last 12 years, I have been making candles. They are hand poured in small batches and made to order. Each one is a bit different from the next and a little piece of art. All of my candles have my original art work as the labels. Some have small sculptures and figurines that I like to create by hand. But most importantly, the vision behind my candles is to make a small difference in the world. I want anybody who lights one of my candles to feel at peace, empower a dream, hope for something special to manifest in their lives. And so, all my candles have a purpose and a feel to them.
My art work is also available as greeting cards, journals and prints.
