When the dawn is breaking
and the barge moves silently across the water's face
Then the mists come shining
Calling us to gather once again
See it as it once was:
See the apple orchards and the oaks and mistletoe.

See the Chalice Well there,
See the Standing Stones upon the High and Holy Tor.
Honor they who dwell there:
The Horned Hunter and the Stag,
The Maiden, and the Mother,
and the Crone who teaches us the ways of Avalon.

There's a dark-eyed lady there
with a heart that knows the Fae
There's a once and future king
Who inspires us to be brave
There's a place the eagles know
and an ancient, secret cave calling home.

A thousand years have passed now
And the misty shores have long been lost to human eyes
The path has long been hidden
and the secrets have been guarded well.
Still the old ways linger
in the hearts of those who can recall the ancient lore.

Avalon is calling
Calling us to gather with the ones we've known before,
to meet and to remember,
to recognize and love again.
Now the Lady beckons
And we stand together in the mists of Avalon.
