The Story...
 This tune started out as a simple instrumental as most of my music does, but the initial response I got from it was so positive and I got a few requests to add vocals so the next day I did so. I think it turned out great. It's not my usual style (for singing) but I must say that I like it. I think I'll be doing more like this in the future.
It all relates roughly to rune readings I have had lately dealing with Laguz (water) . I decided to draw on the inspiration granted by Odin and made a song about the sea. After I decided to add lyrics all the things I tried that were Asatru specific just didn't fit the feel of the music, and it turned into more of a searching love song of sorts. I really have no better way to describe it.
It's someone searching the vast expanse for someone or something...
As an aside, I am a one man band, but I'd love to have other musicians to play with. It would make my job easier not having to play three, sometimes four guitar parts, bass, drums and then sing as well or play any other of the various instruments I use. If there is any one out there in the New Haven Indidana area who wants to work on some projects, please contact me!
