Profile: Bardic Circle

A hot desert night.

A bonfire blazes, didgeridoos drone, and masked revelers dance to tribal drums. Mystical melodies summon ancient memories, and chilled-out beats seduce us into a world both sacred and profane. Sound familiar? Come to the fire.

In his latest CD, �Bonfire Dreaming�, Jay incorporates the mysterious rhythms of the didgeridoo with the musical traditions of many cultures; fusing them with his own, unique style of sensual electronica. These expansive, forth-world tribal spaces will set your spirit to dreaming and your belly to dancing.

This track - Trance Circle - was the first one written for the project - and didn't make the final cut. So we're offering it now as a free download to those who enjoy a world beat vibe.

Inspired by Pagan fire circles, this track suggests the sound and spirit that one might experience on a journey around a sacred fire.
