The Moons of Love

Moonless
I had known you as a friend so kindly
then one day you took your rightful place
I then saw you following right behind me
But it seemed then, to you, a losing chase
) Cresent Moon
But then I dreamed about your body
After you made sure that I had noticed you
I knew then you were a special hautee
When I saw just half of your beautiful face
Half moon waxing
You then told me that I felt 'so right'
And you glowed then holy in my shine
I had never known such a lovely sight
Until we shared more Ecstacy and wine
Full Moon Light
But soon you started leaving me
Just when we were perfectly opposing
By then I really needed you so lovingly
By then life alone you were supposing
Half moon waning
Then you sent me many signs so blue
As you were then preparing to depart
And by then it was I now chasing you
You, new keeper of my captive heart
( Crescent Moon
Then on the sunny Eve of Beltaine
You chose to shatter all my Hopes
In your absence you left me insane
In darkness, my life upon the ropes...
No Moon
No Moon
No Moon...
But yesterday you finally called me
And with that all Hope is now restored
Yes, such faint Light and yet so oddly
For you my Love and Spirit soared
New ) Crescent Moon...
