You pick me up
to knock me down
You fill the cup
in which I drown
You make me laugh
to see me cry
I'm split in half
You know not why
You warm my heart
to leave me chilled
I am torn apart
So you are thrilled
You give me Hope
for so much more
You noose my rope
you drop the floor
You promise Love
its just your fun
You kill the dove
with your shotgun
'Ask me to wait
might we survive?
I take the bait
I'm skinned alive
You want me now
I come for you
I know not how
you leave me blue
You promise things
that don't come true
These promise rings
mean dick to you
I love your voice
it lifts me up
When I rejoice
then you shut up
You are the Moon
I am Sunlight
Our Love you ruin
once a fortnight
You were maiden
I was your man
Now love's fadin'
that was your plan...
You are mother
I am your man
I see no other
that is your plan...
When you are crone
I'm still your man
But you're now alone
Its your dark plan...
