Big "O" in the Sky
(Amen omen)

You once told me you believe in fate
And unlike then, now so do I
For last night we saw Gods celebrate
Our renewed friendship in the sky
We opened up, you took my hand
Then I confessed to you out loud
We then watched Heaven above your land
Send us an Omen through that cloud
That grey thunderhead filled all the west
From high above down to your grassy horizon
Putting our last half-life to the test
But it could not block out our setting Sun
Though its margins contrasted dark & light
It presented not a solid wall of greys
Through its soft middle the Sun shone bright
Like today, our true friendship in its rays
I told you then about the hagstone
Under this poetic big 'O' in the sky
Nevermore will you feel so all alone
For my love for you will never die...
