Fairweather Horsemen

Above Ostara's pastures dead-grass brown
Now return the soaring hunting harriers
As Winter sheds Her glittered evening gown
Fairweather horsemen know not barriers
Below Ostara's last maple wood smoke
Now sugar shacks produce their syrups
As She takes flight by wing of morning cloak
Fairweather horsemen take to stirrups
Upon Ostara's sweet warm evening air
Now all Maleness wants to cast out seeds
As She coyly combs out Her fine lovely hair
Fairweather horsemen mount their steeds
Within Ostara's renewed ardent Life
Now shines anew your Sun soon bright
As She glows nude a maiden anew, not wife
Fairweather horsemen ride into the moonlight
Beyond Ostara's cold long winter's arm
Now fills the evening breeze with male bird song
As He worships Her to please, not harm
Fairweather horsemen know not right from wrong...
