Gentle is the waning morning
Nuanced was our waxing night
Subtle was the gaining sunrise
Drowning one star shining bright
Golden is the ardent moment
Light dancing on your fine dark hair
But silver soon comes on the moonlight
Long after we were sparkling there
Softness is our sunlit pillow
And feathery was our lakeside bed
Silken was our fireside evening
Before bright autumn leaves fall dead
Intense were my warmest feelings
Passionate was our summer lust
But senseless is our frosty morning
When its me you can no longer trust
Mystic is the winter nights snow fall
Screaming for long warmer eves before
Dying again within your moonless black
Believing dreams of spring once more
