Gather up some kindling
We'll make some heat tonight
Then lay beside the fireplace
While I turn down the light
Let me shut the windows
To keep the gathering chill outside
Then light with me three candles
Over red wine that we'll inbibe
Put on soft romantic music
To drown out cold gathering winds
Then take my head unto your hands
And dance my soul 'round widdershins
Let down your earthly furclad robing
Then take down my deerskin breeches
Let skyclad beauty find us probing
The darkest lessons our love teaches
Come my shadow let me love you
Light walk with me upon the flame
I'll loom in dark ardor low above you
'Til you flare up high to do the same...
