Vast Clearer Skies

When you glared at me so frightening like
Then hid behind your seething cloud cover
I felt harsh anger in your lightning strike
Booming close my name aloud old lover
When you thrashed out with sharp thunder
Then I was moved heightened in the roll
Above dark horse hooves flighting under
In soul Love enlightened, galloped whole
When compelled you were towards righting sins
Then our hearts you tore asunder with old reasons
Those long nights left us riding only bitter winds
And by strong Sunlight lonely through warm seasons
When you could no longer handle the intensity
Then you tried to kill and quell Tantric desire
Though drenched by your rain storms’ density
You could not put out our ever-burning mystic fire
When you’ve no more wild storms to send me
Then let's just look into each others’ seeing eyes
Forget our dark past, Love – just befriend me
As our Sun sets below vast clearer skies…
