You can revise our history
I'll still hear your cryptic word
You can hide behind a mystery
I know what we've seen and heard
You can set your jaw astern
I will still revel in your lovely smile
You can deny dark things you learned
But I see through your devil eyed beguile
You can use abuse and hurt me
I'll still hold you bright and high above
You can cut me down with the last desert tree
I'll yet regrow inside moonlit oasis love
You can keep up your acts so strong
I'll steer arcs straight though you confuse
You can say I've got my facts all wrong
I know elsewise through wind rain and muse
Your forever dreams end always killing me
But I'll never lay down and simply die
So you can go on warming and then chilling me
We'll ever dance the Sun the Earth and Sky
