Its been a long time I've been waiting
For your kind outstretched leather glove
I am the free falcon you've been baiting
Mine are sickle talons fetched for love
Its been a long rhyme I've been writing
In search of your ardent druidess hand
I am in free falcon flight stooped lightning
Mine is your rolling thunder quaking land
Its a wilder landscape we've been painting
Shades of serene green surround you in
I am the treed falcon you've been training
Mine is the skyscene canvas we're found in
It seems I've been high sky hunting fore'er
Blue for you through storm weathers above
I am the falcon spirit in your long bow there
Mine are feathered arrows fletched for love
It seems like forever I've been circling high
In wait for your lovely outstretched hand
I am now your skybound spirit falcon nigh
Mine is found a true goddess where I land
