My love for you is a constant
Time can't end what we've begun
Though autumn woods grow silent
Bird songs return with spring's warm Sun
My love for you is forever
Flowers bloom where last year's died
In Nature there's no 'never'
Spring re-greens grass pastures dried
My love for you is eternal
Though come cold winter our Sun wanes
Bright we'll rise again come mornings vernal
Like May flowers after April's rains
My love for you is an island rock
About which all seasons flow
The gander watching o'er your flock
The golden eagle knowing when to go...
My love for you is a constant
Like the cycling moon above
Ever changing with each instant
Yet, n'er straying far from you, my dove
