Too Much Away So Long

Touch me lightly with another poem
For you have been too much away so long
Take me back to your Earth's mother home
Before October winds again blow strong
Whisper sweet dark things into my ear
For its here within your arms that I belong
Tell me light black things I want to hear
Don't be afraid to form a little tongue...
Kiss me on an August night like this
For you have been too much away so long
Make me fall down to mine knees in bliss
In worship of what's right yet seems though wrong
Dance me bright between warm days and night
For its here within my arms that you belong
Romance me arched unto heaven's delight
From high aloft bring me softly down in song...
Hold me close eclipsed upon my knees
For I've yearned for your flowering lips so long
Fingertips light as wings on hips divinely please
Before cold autumn winds again blow strong
