Child of the Moon

She danced in the moonlight,
When the world was asleep,
She sang in the light,
Where the darkness couldn't reach.
She was untouchable, and unattainable by those,
Who sought her only for her looks,
Yet all men who saw her,
Inevitably fell in love.
She was the spell,
Newly cast at every full moon.
She was the life,
Blooming all around the world.
She was, is and will continue forever more,
To be the prettiest,
Yet most deadly,
Child of the Moon.
