The Avenger

Watching. It has just begun,
Biding my time I’ll look for the weakness,
Upon which my fury shall be spun,
For I am the Avenger, and my duty shall be done.
Waiting. It’s not yet time,
I’m still watching and learning,
Waiting for the opportunity most prime,
But my revenge will be exacted, and my duty shall be done.
Thinking. There is still time yet,
For the guns to be brought out blazing,
For the sweet taste of blood, fresh and wet,
To meet my sword. And my duty shall be done.
Thirsting. My time is here!
To avenge those he killed in cold murder,
To hear his screams of pure fear,
As he feels Deaths bitter taste by my sword.
The End. Yes, my time had ended.
My revenge exacted, the Dead rest in peace,
Yet I’m alone. This isn’t what I intended,
To be consumed by my furious hate,
Left to breathe forever as a mere shadow,
As a lonely soul. As the Avenger with his duty done.
Author's Notes: yeah its kinda random, i dont really know why i wrote it :S it kinda splashed onto the page
