Birth.

Birth is not an easy process,
It is messy and painful
As this infant fights its way
Into this world.
So I fight to emerge
From a body
That is alien to me
To become
What am I to become
A blank canvas?
A new slate?
A vessel ready to be filled?
So the journey begins.
