Where I Am

where am i, surrounded but alone.
i feel safe, but chilled to my bones.
there is a whisper, in the trees.
a gentle ruffle, of their leaves.
the wind my brother, is coming near.
whirling fast, he is here.
a sparkle in the distance, i see.
a silver glitter, shining around me.
water my sister, falls to the ground.
so quietly, showering down.
behind me, rises a wave of heat.
a light shines, all around me.
fire my brother, consumes his fuel.
rising tall, and blazing true.
i hold my arms high, straight to the moon.
to the heavens, where the sun shines too.
i am earth, around me the stars revolve.
where am i, right where i belong.
