Earth, My Mother

Earth is my Mother.
She sends her leaves to fall on my soft bed of grass.
Earth is my Mother.
She takes away the pain from the glass.
Earth is my Mother.
She is the thing that holds me up.
Earth is my Mother.
She greets me when I wake up.
Earth is my Mother.
She can be soft and warm.
Earth is my Mother.
Or she can be rough and scorn.
Earth is my Mother.
She smiles with her rays of light.
Earth is my Mother.
And crys tears to make it right.
Earth is my Mother.
She blows my worries away.
Esrth is my Mother.
She burns my fears away.
Earth is my Mother...
