Attuning to Air

The best way to attune to an element is to get out in and/or around it! Here are a few activities to help get you more in tune with air:
1.) Go outside on a windy day.
2.) Take a deep breath, feeling air fill your lungs.
3.) Whistle.
4.) Watch the invisible air move clouds around.
5.) Light some incense.
6.) Inhale the fragrance of flower.
7.) Watch birds fly overhead.
When doing all these things, think aout how air affects you. Why air exists. How it fits into your everyday life. How it is vital to life. Feel its invisible strength. Below is more information about air to help give you more ideas on how to attune to it:
Nature: Flying, moving, fresh, intelligent, suspending, sound, all-seeing.
Energy Type: Projective.
Some Places: Moutaintips, wind-swept plains, cloudy skies, high towers, airports, schools, libraries, offices, psychologist offices.
Some Magical Properties: Travel, instruction, study, feedom, knowledge, recovering lost items.
Some Magical Forms: Tossing objects into the air, suspending tools in high places, fanning light objects, positive thinking.
Some Magics Ruled: Wind, weather, storm.
