You are there again,
A familiar song, a thought,
brings me back to you,
I don't want to revisit that life,
It was full of too much pain and deception.
But that song, it was our song...
It made me cry today,
But it also made me realize
that our life is a memory
and one that I will cherish
and also learn from.
Thank the god/goddess
I can remember you now, but not want you back.
This is a huge move toward that healing
of the mind, body and soul that I have
been working on.
Yes memories can remind us of what we had,
It reminds us of another time in our life;
but then it is our obligation to ourself
to create new memories in order to
grow and live!
So here's to new Memories and Living!
