Open to Vibrational Energies

"Psychometry is the natural art of
reading an object's history in regard to the people and events it has encountered. "
That is the definition as stated in an article I just read. I tried looking up Psychometry in the dictionary and there was no listing. This was a puzzle to me.
The article on Psychometry struck a chord with me.
I have always been sensitive to an object's energy.
Be it, a stone, a seashell, a tree, a leaf, a place on the earth.
They all give off a vibrational impression that envelops me.
This poem was inspired by the article on Psychometry.
"Open To Vibrational Energies"

Have you ever been drawn to tree or a stone in the middle
of the forest as you are innocently walking along?
I have, it is a magnetic power
that draws you to such objects.
It is an uncontrollable urge to stop
and go and listen, feel, and allow
the energy of that object to talk to you,
to mix their energy with yours.
It is very natural, and done without
thinking or planning, it just occurs.
I feel magnificent energy around ancient
sites, artifacts, cemetarys,
any personal object that isreally old.
I am drawn toward the objects's energies.
It is a very powerful experience each time.
I have connected with some of the spirit's
that may have been there,
that have touched that particular object
and left their energy;
It is an incredible soul awakening event for me.
I have learned to be open and listen for those
vibrations of these object's energy.
I shall remain open and free to the vibrations
of the energies that come, to and before, me.
