Love Yourself First

Love yourself first,
Love everything about you,
Never say I love me, but...
Always love all of you
without conditions or if's.
"I love me for me,
I am unique and special."
Just say this everyday,
everytime you look in the mirror,
You will be transformed
in an amazingly short period of time.
It is a sort of reconditioning,
sending subliminals to your mind,
telling yourself that you are loved
by the most important person, YOU!
When you finally realize that you are loved
by you, then you will begin to heal and
find others loving you for you.
We put out all kinds of energy,
that is received by so many different
entities, human, animal, nature,
but most importantly,
our energy comes back to us,
and it should be a positive,
and loving energy.
It doesn't take much effort,
you just have to tell yourself
each and every day, just how
special and loved you are.
Give it a try, see if you can
transform yourself into that
loving, healthy, happy person
that dwells inside each and everyone of us!
Author's Notes: My reiki woman's circle was all about loving yourself first, and it is that discussion that inspired this poem. I truly believe that if we all loved who we are, happiness would be easy!
