"The Beauty of This Full Moon Eve"

On this Full Moon Eve;
I eyed your beauty through the tree.
You are a brilliant orb,
shining fully to absorb.
I braced myself for such beauty
knowing that this poem, a duty,
I was struck with the awe-inspiring sight,
of this full moon's beauty tonight!
When earlier , it was an emotionally filled day,
One that caused us, all to pray
For peace and
much release
of our beloved dog
that passed today.
Nature has a way of healing pain
if only you can allow yourself to train
your mind to think in that way
any negative, can play,
out to be
a beautiful reality!
So beautiful moonlight shining,
craddle the spirit for whom we are pining.
Take his gentle soul to thee,
and send it soaring for all to see!
Author's Notes: God bless you my puppy dog, you are not forgotten this Full Moon eve, for the Moon shall shine and bring you beams of light and love and comfort all of us. through this. You will not be forgotten!
