"Let The Sun's Warmth Bring You Peace"

The boat courses onward,
through the intense rays of light
dripping onto the ocean's surface.
as if a brilliant light is casting a pathway
for the boat to find refuge for just a brief moment
from the chill in the air.
The warmth from the sun's rays
envelop the boat and its captain
sending peace and light into their path.
Watching the boat slowly pass through this light
brings warmth and sunshine into my soul;
On this chilly November afternoon.
May the sun rejuvenate, refresh
and bring peace and light
to you on this beautiful November day.
Author's Notes: Yet again, sitting on the beach today, Nov. 24th, I watched a boat going through the sun's magnificent shining rays, glistening on the ocean's surface, it made me want to reflect and write what I was seeing and feeling.
The Sun does rejuvenate and inspires me.
