*Our Power Centers*

"Our Power Centers"

We all have them,
the seven power centers!
When they are blocked
we are out of balance
and have difficulty living
a physical and emotionally healthy life.
The first Chakra is red,
located at the base of your spine
feeling grounded and stable.
The second Chakra is orange,
sacral area is water based
and is our emotional indentity.
The third Chakra is yellow,
our solar plexus is our center of vitality,
uniting us with nature and self-esteem.
The fourth Chakra is green,
our heart, self-love,
compassion and loving is abound.
The fifth Chakra is blue
our throat, center of communication
peace and calmness allowing sleep to heal us.
The sixth Chakra is Indigo
our third eye, intuitive and imagination
and allows us to see life clearly.
The seventh Chakra is Purple,
crown or top of skull, wisdom
intelligence and awareness of our spirituality.
These are the colors of our power centers/chakras
Each in harmony with the other
bringing us peace, tranquility, and health that we all require.
Let us strive to leading a balanced and peaceful life,
by keeping our chakras open,
and full of their powerful light energy.
Author's Notes: I have been studying the healing art of Reiki. It is all about universal light energy; Balanced chakras (or power centers) .
