You must listen to that voice beneath
It is of true and honest belief.
always allow them to be heard,
Never squander inner words!
When you ignore your inner voice,
something happens to your soul.
It begins to turn dark and cold.
Never squander inner thoughts!
When you allow this darkness in,
Your soul isn't protected from within.
You are open to pain and grief.
Never squander inner beliefs!
Sometimes life seems unbearable
that is when you need to be unfearable,
looking for that peaceful flow,
Never squander inner glow!
Just breathe and allow yourself to feel,
all that is coming and try to deal,
with life's graceful way to be heard,
Never squander inner words!
Author's Notes: Allow yourself to feel, breathe, flow, glow, but most of all to be heard!
