Beneath the Surface of your dreams,
there is a moment,
when time seems as still as death,
you are almost awake,
but actively living in your dream state,
You are unaware of the morning hour,
but somehow you awaken
like every morning that came before.
You embrace the newness of the day,
as you listen to the morning sounds,
the birds singing, the children in the street
awaiting their bus for school.
Only to realize that you really
don't have to get up
if you are inclined to sleep in.
This morning is a special one,
It is the morning after your evening of
an intense love encounter.
You shake your head to clear your thoughts,
but you can only think of him.
His scent, his tender touch
that drives you mad.
You crave his hand on your thigh
the way he finds your most inner secrets
knowing just when to press into you
where love has no boundaries.
The feeling of that dream surrounds your
soul with warmth and love.
You dreamt of a re-enactment
of this love encounter,
In the past, all too many times, you have
been disappointed, leaving you with an
emptiness that surrounded you for days.
This time is different, it is a love of the
deepest and purest kind.
A love that will never die,
You will stay within the confines of
this dream
from now until eternity!
