They are NOT Kings, and They are NOT Queens!

Age Group: Adult
They are Not Kings, and no , they are not Queens,
the bosses that hurl out all kinds of "bee" stings!
Why should we care, or linger for that matter,
worry, and stress over what's in the batter?
They think they're better, than the "little folk" here!
They think "Aha! these peasants WILL for us , bear....
all of THEIR crap, and all of their sh*t, we won't
aim to please, till they beg on their knees!
What's to say, if they throw us out? Didn't we do
what they asked? We worked hard , there's no doubt!?
I Cannot stand to work for such knaves, ones'
who have gripes and who cruelly behave!
I'd rather show them, a few tricks up MY sleeves,
you'd never see them, groveling, like us,
on their knees!
Those bossses that smack us, with last
minute things, those people that
wield threats , and play vicious games.....;
"They" need to get Real, and see what it's like,
they need to SEE us, and DO what is right!
They treat us like pets, and they think
we "love " it ! when really we think, "Hey,
we are SO much above it!"
I really think that some bosses
could take the time, just to
learn, from so many people, the
same one's whom they've burned!
Perhaps one day, they'll get the sign,
that they needed, for such a long, long,
long time!
Maybe they'll stop their hideous behaviors,
of all the others whose works , had been more
like "saviors!"
Those that toiled long days out and in,
giving up their weekends to give up and
give in!
These are the people who are sooo much
deserving, they should be noticed, and
well worth preserving!
If Bossses can't see what a great gift they've
had, If they cannot remotely admit that they're
"bad", then I say, lets' hit them, and hit them
quite hard, let them know that they've taken
"their issues" s TOO far!
Nobody should be treated like garbage or
a dummy , a person should be respected, and
paid with good money!
The Devil wears Prada, but, wears many
coats of designs, is always a snob,
and still :Carries her "sign"
"I am an idiot, I 've hurt everyone,
Now I 'm alone, do I call this,
some " fun?"
If I learn to treat others well, and they decide to
head back,
I can have a company running smooth
still in it's tracks!
(Now wouldn't you think that is what we'd
desire , a boss that is caring, and has no
more "sh*t fire?)
A boss that acts kind, instead of unruly,
taking their anger out, at all of us, "yours
trulies"?
Well, perhaps, and maybe oneday,
the sh*t 'll hit the fan, and maybe that'll
stop the over flow in the companies Dam!
I would like to hear that more jobs are
are better now,
that all of those bosses, they have
ceased fire, and how!
For a workplace needs people
and care, and respect,
not bosses who are tyrants and
who always object!
If you are a person who is
dealing with these
snobs,
maybe YOU should just
find yourself a new type of job!
If you are rebellious
and just wanting to deal,
make sure that you kick em',
right where "they'll" feel!

This was inspired by The Devil Wears Prada" by Lauren Weisberger and
some of the people that I have encountered in my own life as well!
I am still reading Lauren's book, but, it is a very good read, so far, and I can understand just how the character feels in the book!!!!!
There are some books about Bosses from Hell... ( I have one.....they have great stories in them! All true!)
I forget the author, but, look on amazon if you are curious!) LOL!
