Hatfield and Mccoy

Rubin MCcoy":Hey! how are ya doin?"
Dave Hatfield:"Doin' fine, doin' fine.....say, haven't seen you fur a while, whatcha bin upto?"
Rubin MC coy:"Well, I just went thru a cool group progrem'"
Dave Hatfield:"Well, whatcher do?"
Rubin McCoy:"I just went thru a rehillbillyation! I learnt all 'bout everthin'!
Dave Hatfield:"A rehab' what?!"
Rubin McCoy:"a Re- hillbilly -ation!" ya know where they fix yer up, and thin sind ya out again?!"
Dave Hatfield:"Will, thet sounds gud to me!"
Rubin Mccoy:"Well, whatcher bout yu? Whatcha bin up to lately?"
Dave Hatfield:"Well, Ahh saw mayonaise, and thun, I mah nephew!, It'z alais gud tuh see yer family!"
Rubin McCoy:"Yeah, yeah, thatsa time!"
Dave Hatfield"So's howz yer family, is they doin' o.k.?
Rubin MCcoy:"yup, yup, allz well, only that my uncle Fred, he's got "oldtimer's" dizzies! We bin kinda worried 'bout 'im!" Sometimez he nose us, sometimez he donut!!! Ya can' rewin' his memry, cuz' it doesn' wurk!..and it'z snot gud fer us to push on 'im to recall what he donut remember....cuz' the doc's told us snot to! Them "oldtimers" really get feisty, and try to fight wit ya!"
Dave Hatfield :"Sorry to 'ear 'bout your trubbles, hope yer uncle Fred gets bedder! in the mean time, take 'it easy, and don'doalot! Talk to yer next time! C U later!"
Rubin MCcoy:"yeah, nice talkin' too yer, have a gud un!"

I only mean this "chat" in a positive way, ...as I am very fond of old radio jokes, and the blue collar guys, and yeah, Larry the cable guy...but, I also have relatives from the Ozarks, Kentucky and Missouri areas and other southern areas!...and I am a fan of the old radio show "Lum and Abner"..... I love the way that language is used and changed! LOL!
I do not mean to make fun of...I just enjoy the way that people talk....I still love a good southern drawl...and when I went thru Florida, and some other places, plus when you live where I do, you get to meet some really great people from everywhere! I love it!
I have to add that in high school or junior high, I had a marvelous history teacher from Springfield Missouri, and the way that she spoke, and taught us about the Vikingsand everything else. made me want to hear more about the stories! Sooo in no way do I want to make fun of these wonderful accents, and dialects! Way awesome!
P.S. was also tryin' to a play on words too! I love puns as well! !!!! :-)
