Tangled In You....

With you, I always feel, enmeshed,
twisted, engulfed, roped in, bound
and tangled in you.
You can't talk straight talk with me,
everything I talk to you about gets
turned around until I don't even know,
what I said or was going to say to you.
I don't like feeling tangled.
Sometimes i feel just like a tangled
necklace with knots and loops twisted
all over.
When we speak, you always
expect me to talk first, or to say
what you want to hear, rather than
what I want to tell you.
Tangled like, fish in a net, enmeshed,
like peanut butter n' jelly.You and I
don't connect. You like to finish my
sentences even though most of the '
time I dislike it
and it isn't what I was already
trying to tell you.
I am entangled in this massive web
of yours.I bite, I claw, I pull, to free
myself of you.I don't think that you
see the "real me".
You are too "full of yourself" in so
many ways, I can't even count them.
Wish I could:Conjure up a spell that
would not harm you, but, would enhance
your handsomer side.
Could Cajole the spirits
that be, to take a look at you and pull
you aside and do a "make-over" on you!
Now, that would be something!
Wish I could invoke the
spirits and ask them to take out some of
the PiXX and vinegar and slide in some
"sweet -lovin' -soul-juice" so you and I
wouldn't clash and I would not get so
warped, wrecked, and entangled by your
"head trips"!
Ahhhh, If only this could happen!
But, since not, I will not let
myself near the "dock" where the nets
are, where inside and and around
they contain confusion, lies, haziness,
uncertainty, bewilderment, tints of
persuasion, and illness.
I will stand free , unmotionless, towards you and ,
untangled for life!

Not really about my life....but, I have been there, and here...back and forth..and I am almost certain many others have been there too!
