Give It Your All!

Say, good riddance, to
Your horrible cancer!
Yeah, you can say that word
Cancer! Cancer! Cancer!
It’s a disease, and it makes
You angry, but you wanna beat it,
Yeah do it , pullease!
So, trip it up, when it crawls
Past you, on the floor,
Kick it away, as it tries to
Push you out the door!
If it tries to make you
“look bad” you have
permission to just be
GLAD, that you are
Killin’ that sucker,
Cuz’ it’s no good, !
Tell that A**H**le,
That it better, it should,
Just leave you be, the
Way that you were before,
You were doin’ fine, you
Were goin’ right down
The line, when that
“sucker” reeled you in,
tricked you, and said, “hey,
Let’s begin….to hurt you
In your neck causing
Havoc, making “heck!”
No you don’t have to befriend
This disease…this is your
Enemy, now you know this,
Pullleeease!
Don’t you dare let this Cancer
Get you now! You stay on TOP
Of it, and you go “Kapow!”
You knock it on it’s fat little
Kisser, and man, You hurt that
Little son of a *isser!
You deserve the life you had,
Don’t let this Cancer,
Get sooo BAD!!!!!
You go GIRL! You know
I believe in you!
You get past this disease, and
Then you’re thru!
No more fightin’ everyday,
No more Chemo,
Just healthy days!
I KNOW that you can do
This, I know you have
fight!
So give it your ALL, friend,
Cuz’
It’s worth it,
That’s right!

Written Thursday November 8th, 2006
This poem was written for a close friend who is dealing with a form of cancer....Hodgkins Disease....She told me that she wasn't always strong..and it sometimes made her just lose it... ( she'd also just lost her mom, right after she found out that she had cancer!) .so this is for her...because she is a FIGHTER!!!!
I really believe that she can pull thru the Chemo and everything that is goin' on with her.... What can I say? I just really believe her!!!!
This is also for anybody who is dealing with Cancer...or has a family, or friend or neighbor etc... dealing with this....just keep thinking as hard as you possibly can on the positive...I know that it's hard...but please, do not let the Cancer win!
Writing about it might help too!
