My Haunted Living Room!

Age Group: Adult
My couch slid across
the room,
The clock turned upside down.
The piano gave me a serenade,
and I began to frown!
The C.D. player turned on
itself.
The bookstands, they all fell!
The paintings all began to run,
and the plants walked off the
shelves!
My 'mouse' decided it had the
sniffles, and began to sneeze.
The windows all started sliding,
that's when I fell on my knees!
My computer started moaning.
My ottoman tried a 'roll'.
My t.v. started shouting;the
card table went to fold.
The rug began to turn fast.
The curtains ripped by them-
selves.
The pillows had an awful fight,
and I wished I wasn't by
myself!
The vacuum cleaner slid out of
the closet,
the mop went with it too!
There was so much commotion,
I didn't know just what to do!
For awhile, it was CrAzY, as
CrAzY as could be.I stood
and I watched, but, nothing
stopped, the WilD InSaNiTy.
Finally, I could not take
no mo', I yelled out so loud,
stop doin' this to me, and
start actin' right, do this
Right Now!
Suddenly it was quiet,
I didn't hear a peep, and
ya know what else,
it was only a dream!
