Dream Search
When I look in my dreams,
sometimes you are there,
You are always leaving,
going onward.....
I trail you, looking searching,
trying to find my hearts content-
a "Dorothy Gale", a Kansas tale,
minus the dog,
caught in a fog.
What is and isn't,
and if's and why's?
Always searching, always asking
"Have you seen him, is he still...
.......alive?
Sometimes I close in, sometimes
I see you...I watch you from
far away...
hoping, wishing, praying that I
might be with you,
one day..........
